Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Gypsy Jazz lesson downloads, all sales are final. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" once they have been accessed or downloaded.

We encourage you to review the product descriptions and total run-times (e.g 70 minutes of instruction) before purchasing to ensure the level of instruction meets your needs. If you have technical issues with your download, please contact us via the contact page.
